Ah, thank you! That's what I've been doing. Resiizing all the time and it does become a hassle after awhile. ^^;
Thank you for your comment.
Let me explain. My vectors are artwork-based. It's a hobby of mine. And to explain the size, vectoring it at that size would be too difficult unless I did in Adobe Illustrator, which I didn't. And viewing it that size would make the scan longer to load, espacially on older computers. So that is why I shrink my vectors.
I bought the artbook from Nippon Exports. It's an online store. Or it might have been Animenation. It has 96 pages, most are full page and two page spreads. It cost me about $60 CDN to get it. It's entirely in Japanese. I've done a few already http://wraith.minitokyo.net/gallery/ you can look through my gallery to find them.
My scanner likes to leave a little bit of "noise", especially on the darker colors, despite the descreening filter. So I reduced the size to minimize that effect. I don't have photoshop and I've never heard of noiseninja. I may have to look into that. What I do have is GIMP. But it's filters tend to blur the image and reduce the sharpness too much. And try as I might, I can't get GIMP to make scans look like they were not scanned.
Thanks for the comment and the fav
I
